How do I get a quote for my project? How long will it take to get a quote?

After we receive your project details, a customer service representative will contact you with a free quote for your review. We provide answers to all quote requests within 24 hours on business days.
What is your replacement time after I place my order? When will I receive my order?
Although turnaround times vary depending on the specific features of each user, our standard turnaround time for customized box orders is 8-10 working days after final design approval.
Bulk or strict custom box orders may require additional product and / or delivery time, which we will share with you ahead of time. Although we maintain a very high level of accuracy in our stated turnaround times, delivery estimates to cannot be guaranteed. How do I know what my box will look like before I place my order? Can I get proof before printing?
With Yalla Custom Boxes, you will never be kept in the dark about your order. Before printing your box, we will create and share 2D and 3D mock-ups of your box based on the artwork you provide. This means you can see every aspect of your design, from every angle, before moving your order into a product. If you need a design adjustment after reviewing your mock-ups, our team of graphic and structural designers provide design support to all users at no extra charge.
How do I place an order? What happens after I place an order?
Once you are ready to get started, this is what you expect.
Contact our team via live chat on our website, one of our online forms, or call us for your order details. Once we receive your project details, a customer service representative will contact you with a free quote for your review! Your customer service representative will guide you through questions related to artwork, makeup, design or any other. After that, your order details will be confirmed and your receipt will be sent to confirm your order.
Once your receipt has been submitted, the next step is to preview your artwork! Before printing your box, we will create and share 2D and 3D mock-ups of your box based on the artwork you provide. This means you can look at every aspect of your design, from every angle, before moving your order to the product.
Once you have reviewed the design and approved it, your order will go into production and you will be sent within the specified turnaround time for your unique needs.
Can I print artwork inside and outside the box?
Yes! We often print two-way boxes in which your artwork is customized inside and outside the box. We are able to print outside (1 way) and inside the box (2 way). There may be additional fees for two-way printing, please speak directly with your customer service representative for details.
Do you offer discounts on large orders? How can I reduce my price per unit?
Yes! As a general rule of thumb, prices are more cost effective because the order quantity increases, so the higher the quantity of your box, the lower the price of your unit. Prices are usually determined by the size of your box, the style of the box, the coverage of the ink on the box, the contents of the box and the quantity.
